STAGE 1: GET INSPIRATION

Browse many inspirational design and ideas and we can incorporate those in your own project. If you don’t find exactly what you want don’t worry it is perfectly normal. We can assist you and come up with a design to match your expectations.

 

STAGE 2: INITIAL BRIEF/FEE PROPOSAL

Once we have been in contact and you have provided us with some more details regarding your project, we will be able to give you a quotation based on the information you have provided.

STAGE 3: CONCEPT/PRELIMINARY DESIGN

After agreeing on the quote and scope of work, we will provide you with a concept based on our previous discussions. This will include relevant floor plans and 3D perspectives. We include one FREE revision if required to ensure you are satisfied with the final plans.

 

 

STAGE 4: PLANNING APPROVAL

The final design is now achieved, we will develop the design to a stage where the drawings will be suitable for a Planning Approval submission, ensuring compliance with the Residential Codes and any other Council requirements.

STAGE 5: Building Permit

Once the Planning Approval submission has been granted, we will further detail the plans to make them suitable for a Building Permit application.
