Refurbishment Apartment Building, Perth CBD
The scope of work included the refurbishment of the outdoor dining/pool area (new flooring, herb gardens, lighting, new pizza oven, water feature, dry bar, sunbath nook, etc.) and the design of an outdoor gym and kid’s area using part of the existing gym courtyard.
A part of the design process was to propose a colour scheme to update the visual identity of the building.
